The workshop will cover the essentials of buying or leasing property for a small business. When to buy or lease, what to prepare for lending institutions, what to look for and avoid in purchasing property and how to manage expextations for your business.

Este taller cubrirá los aspectos esenciales para comprar o arrendar propiedad para un pequeño negocio. Cuando comprar or arrendar, como prepararse para instituciones prestamistas, que considerar y que evitar cuando compra o arrenda propiedades, ademas de como manejar expectaciones. 


 

Our vision at this event is to create an opportunity for small business owners to attend and connect with not only our Spoke Community Partners, but other resource state and local partners. During this evening event, a client might register their business with the Secretary of State, set up social media accounts, potentially apply for a loan, visit with a credit counselor, get an insurance quote, apply for an assistance program or compile necessary paperwork to engage with SBA programs and services.

Event runs from 3:30-8pm (attendance for the full time is not required or expected!)

We will have appetizers and a educational workshop offered at 6pm.
